最近，鹹蛋魚皮是馬來西亞和新加坡很紅的零食，今年的華人農曆新年出現了廉價版，以玉米片(cornflakes)代替魚皮，一樣那麼美味。我超喜歡但台灣沒有，所以只好自己做，幸好並不難。

Recently, fish skin with salted egg yolk is a popular snack in Malaysia, also Singapore. This Chinese New Year, there is a cheaper version, substituting the fish skin for cornflakes. It’s just as delicious. I like it a lot but I can’t get it in Taiwan. So, I need to make it at home. Luckily, it’s not hard.

Recientemente, la piel de pescado con yema de huevo salado es una golosina famosa en Malasia, también en Singapur. Este año nuevo chino, hay una verción un poco barata, cambiando la piel de pescado a cornflakes. Es igual de delicioso. Me gusta mucho pero no puedo comprarlo en Taiwán. Entonces, necesito hacerlo en mi casa. Por suerte, no es difícil.

玉米片(cornflakes)　200g

鹹蛋黃　6個

有鹽奶油　100g

咖哩菜　20g

小辣椒　15g

細砂糖　35g

鹽　些許

200g cornflakes

6 salted egg yolk

100g salted butter

20g curry leaves

15g bird eye chili

35g sugar

Some salt

6 yema de huevo salado

100g mantequilla salada

20g hojas de curri

15g chile pequeño

35g ázucar

Poco de sal

步驟／Steps／Pasos

把鹹蛋黃壓碎，把有鹽奶油溶化。

Smash the salted egg yolk. Melt the salted butter in a pan.

Aplastar la yema de huevo salado. Derretir la mantequilla salada en una sartén.

倒入壓碎的鹹蛋黃，炒至起沙。

Put the smashed egg yolk into the butter. Sauté the egg yolk until it becomes creamy.

Poner la yema aplastada en la mantequilla. Saltear la yema hasta que esté cremosa.

加入咖哩菜炒香。

Put the curry leaves in and sauté until it smile fragrant.

Poner las hojas de curri y saltear hasta que esté fragante.

加入切碎的小辣椒炒香。

Add the chopped bird eye chili and keep sauté.

Poner el chile pequeño picado y saltear.

加入細砂糖和鹽，約半茶匙，炒至溶化。

Add the sugar and some salt, about 1/2 teaspoon, and sauté until it dissolved.

Poner el ázucar y un poco de sal, aproximádamente 1/2 cucharilla. Saltear hasta disolver.

倒入玉米片(cornflakes)小火炒勻。

Pour in the cornflakes and mix them evenly in low heat.

Poner los cornflakes y mezclar con fuego lento hasta que todo esté uniforme.

放涼再裝罐密封。

Cool before seal tightly.

Enfriar antes de conservar y sellar herméticamente.

如果不要辣，就不要加辣椒。

If you don’t want the spicy taste, don’t put the chili.

Si no quieres picante, no pongas el chile.

Durante Año Nuevo Chino en Malasia, es importante preparar el postre y la bebida para los visitantes. En general, compramos los postres y las bebidas. A veces, hacemos los postres en la casa. Más o menos una semana antes de la fiesta, los familiares y mejores amigos intercambiar los regalos. Muchas veces en los regalos, hay cosas para la fiesta, por ejemplo, postres, hongos, salchicha etc.

在馬來西亞華人農歷新年期間，準備點心和飲料招待客人是件重要的事。通常，我們是購買這些點心和飲料，有時也會自己做。大約在新年前1週左右，親戚和好朋友會先互相送禮，很多時候，禮物中都會有糕餅、香菇、臘腸等等。

During Chinese New Year in Malaysia, it is important to prepare snacks and drinks for guests. Usually, we buy all those things. Sometimes, we make our own. About a week before the celebration, relatives and good friends exchange gifts. Usually, there are cookies and snacks, mushrooms, sausages etc.

這是我家的咖啡桌。通常糕餅都是裝在塑膠罐中。相較於台灣，這的確比較不好看，但比較便宜。

Mis Vocaciones de Año Nuevo Chino／我的農歷新年假期

Mis vacaciones fueron más ocupadas que lo que pensé. Mi hija de pegó a mi siempre. Era difícil hacer algo. Mi madre me ayudó mucho. Lavaba nuestras ropes, cocinaba para mi hija y jugaba con mi hija.
Mi esposo estaba enfermo al tercer día después de llegar. Después, mi hija tenía diarrea y fiebre. Finalmente, estaba enferma también. Todavía no me he recuperado.
Aunque mi hija y yo estábamos enfermas, visitamos unos lugares en la ciudad.

我的假期比我想像中還忙，女兒老是黏著我，要做事情很困難。幸好有我媽幫忙，她洗我們母女兩人的衣服、另外煮小孩的食物和陪小孩玩。
男友（老公等同男友）在年初一開始感冒（3、4天之後好了），年初三小孩發燒拉肚子，最後連我也感冒了，到現在都還沒好。
雖然我和小孩都不太舒服，但我們也去了一些地方。
