我家附近有間叫鎮安宮的廟。4月9日早上有場廟會，好像是有進香團來拜拜。老公帶女兒下樓去湊熱鬧，然後有個人塞了這些餅給女兒。
這是水潤餅，新竹獨有的傳統食品。神明出遊時，會延街派發給民眾食用保平安。
There is a temple very near to my house. In the morning of the 9th April, there was a parade of the temple. My husband took my daughter to watch the parade. My daughter received this bread from the staffs.
This bread is called Shui Run Bing(In Chinese:水潤餅, shuǐ rùn bǐng). It is a traditional bread unique to Hsinchu(In Chinese:新竹). During the parade, the bread was given to the people for protection and peace.
Hay un templo muy cerca de mi casa. En la mañana el 9 de abril, hubo un desfile del templo. Mi esposo llevó a mi hija a ver el desfile. Mi hija recibió este pan allí. Una persona del desfile se lo dió.
Este pan es Shui Run Bing(En chino:水潤餅, shuǐ rùn bǐng). Es un pan único y tradicional de Hsinchu(En chino:新竹). Durante el desfile, las personas del templo regalan el pan a la gente. Significa seguridad u paz.
水潤餅是圓形的、柔軟，有肉桂香味，可以像普遍的麵包一樣食用。現在只有一家商家在生產水潤餅而已，但有許多商店也有零售，我就在我家附近的菜販攤看到。
The bread is round, soft and cinnamon flavoured. Consume as ordinary bread. Now, there is one bakery making this bread only but it is still can be bought in other shops. I saw it in a vegetables shop nearby.
El pan es redondo, suave y con sabor de canela. Se come come el pan normal. Ahora, hay una tienda que produce el Shui Run Bing solamente. Pero, hay algunas tiendas que lo venden. Lo ví en una tienda de verdura cerca de mi casa.
