內灣老街

內灣老街位於台灣新竹縣橫山鄉，是一個懷舊的觀光旅遊景點，當地居民以客家族群為主，老街兩旁的店舖大多販賣傳統物品和內灣名產。

The Neiwan Old Street is located in the Hengshan Township of Hsinchu. It is a tourist spot for its reminiscence. The major residents are the Hakka people and there is a lot of Hakka food there. Most of the shops along the street are selling traditional things or Neiwan specialities.

La calle vieja de Neiwan (內nèi灣wān老lăo街jiē) está en el municipio de Hengshan de Hsinchu, es un lugar turístico por su reminiscencia. La mayoría de los residentes son hakka y hay muchas comidas tradicionales hakka allí. La mayoría de las tiendas a lo largo de la calle venden cosas traditionales o especialidades de Neiwan.

內灣戲院／Neiwan Cinema／Cine de Neiwan

日治時期由日本人建造的戲院，現在已經變成一家客家餐廳，同時也播放舊電影。沒錯！你可以邊吃邊看電影。

Neiwan Cinema(內nèi灣wān戲xì院yuàn) is once a cinema built by the Japanese. Now turning into a Hakka restaurant and playing old movies. Yes, you can eat and watch movie in the same time.

Antes el cine de Neiwan(內nèi灣wān戲xì院yuàn) era un cine construido por los japoneses. Ahora es un restaurante hakka con películas viejas. Sí, puedes comer y ver películas al mismo tiempo.

內灣車站／Neiwan Train Station／Estación de Neiwan

屬於內灣線的車站，1951年9月11日啟用，現在還在使用中。

Neiwan Train station(內nèi灣wān車chē站zhàn) is on the Neiwan Line, started on the 11th September 1951 and is still very active now.

La estación de Neiwan(內nèi灣wān車chē站zhàn) está en la línea de tren Neiwan, construida el 11 de septiembre de 1951 y se sigue usando ahora.

內灣吊橋／Neiwan Suspension Bridge／Puente Colgante de Neiwan

內灣吊橋就在內灣老街後端入口的對面，從公車站旁的小徑走下去就會去到吊橋。

The Neiwan suspension bridge(內nèi灣wān吊diào橋qiáo) is opposite to the rear entrance of Neiwan Old Street. Walk down the lane beside the bus station and you will reach the bridge.

El puente colgante de Neiwan(內nèi灣wān吊diào橋qiáo) está opuesto a la entrada trasera de la calle vieja. Camina por el camino al lado de la estación de autobuses y llegas al puente.

內灣吊橋長約147公尺，寬2.6公尺，橫跨著油羅溪，連結南坪古道。

The Neiwan suspension bridge is 147m in length and 2.6m in width, crossing the Youluo river, connecting the Nan Ping Ancient Trail.

El puente colgante de Neiwan tiene 147 m de longitud y 2,6 m de ancho, cruzando el río Youluo, conectando con el antiguo sendero Nanping.

野薑花／Butterfly Ginger／Flor Mariposa／Bunga Gandasuli

野薑花常見於台灣溪邊，有香氣，原產地是在印度、馬來西亞等熱帶亞洲國家，正式名稱叫做穗花山奈，馬來名字叫Bunga Gandasuli。油羅溪畔盛產野薑花，內灣老街上野薑花產品到處可見。

Butterfly Ginger also known as ginger lily, butterfly lily, garland flower is seen commonly at the riverside of Taiwan. This fragrant flower is native to tropical countries such as India and Malaysia. The riverside of Youluo is full of butterfly ginger and there are products of butterfly ginger everywhere on the Neiwan Old Street.

La flor mariposa es común en la orilla de los ríos de Taiwán, originaria de países tropicales como India y Malasia. La ribera de Youluo está llena de flores mariposa y hay productos de flor mariposa en todas partes en la calle vieja.

野薑花粽／Butterfly Ginger Zongzi／Zongzi de Flor Mariposa

昔日客家居民以野薑花的根、莖曬乾研磨成粉末作香料，加上山胡椒、香菇、豬肉和糯米一起蒸，再以野薑花葉包粽再蒸，這就是野薑花粽。

In the old days, the Hakka people used dried grounded butterfly ginger roots and stem as spice, steam the sticky rice, mountain pepper(or may chang), mushrooms and pork all together. Then wrap with the leaves of the butterfly ginger and steam again and become Butterfly Ginger Zongzi or Butterfly Ginger sticky rice dumpling(野yiĕ薑jiāng花huā粽zòng).

En otra epoca, los hakka usaban las raíces y los tallos secos de la flor mariposa en polvo como especia, para cocinar al vapor el arroz glutinoso, may chang, hongos y cerdo junto. Después, envuelven con las hojas de la flor mariposa y cocinar al vapor otra vez. Esta es zongzi de flor mariposa o tamale arroz glutinoso de flor mariposa(野yiĕ薑jiāng花huā粽zòng).

炸野薑花／Fried Butterfly Ginger／Flor Mariposa Frita

野薑花茶／Butterfly Ginger Tea／El Té de Flor Mariposa

野薑花茶：用熱開水沖泡曬乾的薑花茶瓣，添加少許蜂蜜或冰糖。

Butterfly Ginger Tea(野yiĕ薑jiāng花huā茶chá): Dip the dried butterfly ginger petals in hot water, add some honey or rock sugar.

El Té de Mariposa(野yiĕ薑jiāng花huā茶chá): Sumerjir los pétalos secos de flor mariposa en agua caliente, poner un poco de miel o de azúcar.

艾草菜包／Hakka-style Caozaiguo／Caozaiguo de Estilo Hakka

台灣客家人的「艾草菜包」，外皮是糯米皮，因為包了餡，所以叫菜包，也稱為艾草包，因為形狀像裝豬仔的竹籠，也稱為豬籠粄，台語(或閩南語) 稱為草仔粿、艾草粿。客家人以蘿蔔乾絲，或剁碎，與爆香的蔥花拌勻後，加糖、少許醬油、白胡椒、少許鹽作內餡。

Hakka-style Caozaiguo or mugwort cake has many names. The Hakka people call it艾ài草cǎo菜cài包bāo, 艾ài草cǎo包bāo, 豬zhū籠lóng粄bǎn. The Taiwanese (or Fujian) call it草cǎo仔zăi粿guǒ, 艾ài草cǎo粿guǒ. The skin is made of glutinous rice and mugwort. Then stuff with dried radish strips(or chopped), chopped green onion, sugar, soy sauce, white pepper, salt.

Caozaiguo de estilo hakka o pastel de artemisa tiene muchos nombres. Los hakka lo llaman 艾 ài 草 cǎo 菜 cài 包 bāo, 艾 ài 草 cǎo 包 bāo, 豬 zhū 籠 lóng 粄 bǎn. Los taiwaneses (o fujian) lo llaman 草 cǎo 仔 zăi 粿 guǒ, 艾 ài 草 cǎo 粿 guǒ. Se hace la piel con arroz glutinoso y artemisa y se rellena con tiras (o picadas) de rábano secos, cebolletas picadas, azúcar, salsa de soja, pimienta blanca, sal.

冰擂茶／Iced Lei Cha／Lei Cha Frío

擂茶意思是搗磨的茶葉，是客家有名的傳統食物。客家人把茶葉、芝麻、花生等研磨成粉，再加入水泡勻，當成一種茶飲來喝。也可以把茶飲倒入飯、豆腐和各種蔬菜，變成一道餐點。

Lei cha(擂léi茶chá) literally means "pounded tea", is a traditional and famous Hakka food. The Hakka people pound the ingredients, such as tea leaves, sesames, peanuts etc, and dip it with water to take it as a drink. You can soak your rice, tofu and various vegetables with it and make it into a meal.

Lei cha(擂léi茶chá) significa “té molido”, es una bebida tradicional y famosa de los hakka. Los hakka muelen los ingredientes, té, sésamo, cacahuetes, etc, y los sumerjen en agua para tomarlo como una bebida. Se puede mezclar con arroz, tofu y varias verduras con él y convertirlo en una comida.

老師們的裝扮很有吸引力，看照片時才發現路人在拍我們。
The dress up of the teachers were very attractive. I found a stranger was shooting at us when I looked at the photo.
La vestimenta de las maestras fue muy atractiva. Descubrí que un desconocido nos estaba tomando foto cuando miré la foto.

一年前我和小baby參加了一個親子音樂律動課程。在參加前完全不知道那是什麼，我只是Google一下，然後發現我家附近有一間課室提供0歲開始的親子課程。

然後我就帶著小孩衝了過去詢問，也沒有事先預約。我遇到了負責行政的Dora和老闆Ivy老師，她們告訴我那個學期的課程已經在當週開始了，但她們還是為我介紹課程，也願意幫我找上課名額。2週之後我們就加入了芳芳老師的班級。

我其實對唱歌很恐懼，這對我來說一個很大的挑戰，但小baby很喜歡。幸好，老師們都很好，願意告訴我很多知識，慢慢地，我也更理解Music Together的課程，也跟著進步。現在，我比較不怕唱歌了。

Music Together是一個適合從0歲開始的親子課程，所以上課是家長或保母其中一人一定要陪同。老師們不要求小孩子遵守每一個指令，所有的指令都是給大人的，上課時，大人要認真唱歌、做動作，小孩則是從觀察大人和感受音樂來學習。

老闆Ivy老師也提供了很多繪本給小孩子借回家和閱讀，課室的氣氛很好，小baby從第一次去就很喜歡。那裡還有小孩專用的馬桶和洗手台，以及所有需要的東西，真的很方便。

A year ago, my daughter and I attended an early childhood music and movement program. Before, I knew nothing about the program. I searched the internet and found that there was a class near to my house that offered program for children from 0 of age.

We went there and asked for information without making an appointment first. We met Dora and Ivy, the teacher. They told me the semester had begun that week but they were willing to explain the program to me and help me to find a class. 2 weeks later, we joined Miss Fang Fang’s class.

I used to afraid of singing, so it was a big challenge for me but my daughter loved it very much. Luckily, the teachers were good and explained a lot to me. Bit by bit I learned more and made progression. Now, I am not so scared to sing.

This program is designed for children from 0 of age, so parents or nannies need to participant. They don’t ask the children to follow every order. All the orders are given to the adults, they need to sing, move seriously. The children learn from observing and feeling the music.

The owner of the classroom, also a teacher, Ivy, offers a lot of books for lending and reading. The atmosphere is good and my daughter loved the place since her first visit. They even has toilet for children and all things they need. It’s very convenient for parents.

Hace un año, mi hija y yo asistimos a la clase de musical y expresión corporal para niños pequeños. Antes, no sabía nada. Busqué por internet y encontré un aula muy cerca de mi casa que ofrecía programa para niños desde 0 años.

Fuimos allí y pedimos más información sin cita previa. Me encontré con Dora y Ivy, la maestra, me dijieron que el semester ya había comenzado esa semana. Pero ellos me explicaron el programa y me pudieron ayudar a buscar una clase. Después de 2 semanas, asistimos a la clase de Music Together de la maestra Fang Fang.

Tenía miedo de cantar. Por eso, era un reto grande para mí. Pero a mi hija le gustaba mucho. Felizmente, las maestras eran buenas y me explicaban mucho. Poco a poco entendía más y lo hacía mejor. Ahora, no tengo tanto miedo de cantar.

Este programa es para niños pequenos desde 0 años, por eso los padres o niñeras necesitan participar durante las clases. No piden a los niños abedecer todos las órdenes. Las órdenes son para los adultos. Los adultos necesitan cantar, moverse en serio. Los niños aprenden por sentimiento.

La dueña, la maestra Ivy, ofrece muchos libros a los niños para prestar y leer. El ambiente es bueno y a mi hija le gustó el lugar desde la primera visita. Hay baño para niños y todo lo que necesitan. Muy conveniente para los padres con niños.

社交技巧／Social Abilities／Habilidades Sociales

祝大家生活快樂

我們知道如果很久都沒有應用某種技能，它就是退化，很久沒有組織活動，第一次組織一定很生疏。兩年沒講西班牙語，一開口一定沒辦法講得很好。社交技巧也一樣。

經過2年鮮少朋友和社交的生活，當我接觸其他人時，我會感到不安，不知道怎麼表達比較好、比較適當，不知道自己是不是太敏感。當開始時，做得不是很好，常常自我懷疑。但是，當我的社交圈開始擴大，接觸更多人之後，我的技巧也進步了。我花了約1年的時間才恢復了我的能力。

因此，有朋友和接觸人群是很重要的。對繭居多年的人來話，要恢復社交能力並不容易，需要時間和協助，大多數時候，他們還是會選擇繼續繭居。

We know that if we don’t practice a skill for a long time, it will lose. If we haven’t oraganized activities for a long time, we won’t organize them easily for the first time. If we haven’t spoken Spanish for 2 years, we won’t speak well the first time. So does the social skill.

After 2 years of life with few friends and social activities, I was so insecure when contacting people. I didn’t know what was better or adaquate. I didn’t know if I were sensitive. At first, I was not good, hesitated a lot. But, when I enlarged my social life, contacted with more poeple, my social ability was improving. It took me about a year to recover my ability.

So, it is very important that having friends or contacting with people. People who live isolated for years, it is not easy for them to return to the society, they need time and help. Most of the time they prefer to continue their isolated lives.

Sabemos que si no practicamos una habilidad por mucho tiempo, se perderé. No organizamos actividades por mucho tiempo, no las organizarémos rápido la primera vez. No hablamos español por 2 años, no podremos hablar bien la primera vez. Es lo mismo para las habilidades sociales.

Después de la vida con pocos amigos y poca vida social por 2 años, estaba insegura cuando contactaba con la gente. No sabía lo que era mejor o adecuado, no sabía lo que era sensible o no. Al principio, no era estupenda, dudaba mucho. Pero, cuando amplié mi vida social, contacté con más gente, mis habilidades mejoraron. Tomp un año, más o menos para recuperar mi habilidad.

Entonces, es muy importante para una persona tiene amigos o contacto con la gente. Para la gente que se ha aislado por años, no es facíl recuperarse, necesita tiempo y ayuda. Muchas veces prefieren continuar con su vida aislada.
